Roger Edward Tamraz elected Non-Executive Director of Ross Group PLC (Premium Listing of the Main Board of the LSE)

Roger Edward Tamraz has been elected as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Ross Group PLC (Stock Code: RGP) which is a company on the Premium Listing of the Main Board of the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

Mr Tamraz’s appointment was approved by Resolution at the AGM of RGP on the 31st December 2020 and his biography is available on the RGP website: www.RossGroupPLC.com.

Mr Tamraz replaces Professor Robin Rogers who has retired by non-election at the same AGM.
